Installation service required

If you need installation service, you can scan the QR code on the package to make an appointment for repair after receiving the parts. After the appointment is successful, you can go to our official repair location to replace the parts. The full repair process is recorded in video, which you can view at any time within 3 months after the repair.

No installation service required

If you choose the service without installation, you can install it yourself or find other installation stores. We recommend that you choose the repair store we cooperate with, which will provide you with more guaranteed services, including parts warranty, after-sales service, visual repair, etc.

Step 2: Repair in store

After the appointment is successful, you can go to the store with the appointment code on the appointment page, mobile phone information or email to verify the repair service. After verification, a repair expert will be arranged to check and repair your phone. The repair time depends on the difficulty of the repair, and the average time is 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Step 3: Start repairing

After verifying the reservation code, we will check your device and issue a repair order. After you sign the repair order, we will repair it according to the items in the repair order. We will record the repair process so that you can clearly know the repair progress, and you can also view the video at any time after the repair.
